III. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and usage requirements, the following items are generally not eligible for return:
Used or washed bedding.
Intimate apparel (such as pillowcases and sheets) after opening and use.
Items without original packaging or missing labels. Price reduction or clearance items (if marked as non-refundable on the page)

V. Shipping Information
